For standard orders throughout the year, please place your order before 8:00 AM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be handled the next business day. These orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery estimated between 7–11 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Placing your order before this date allows our team enough time to handle your item and provides our shipping partners the best opportunity to deliver it to your doorstep on time.

- Haven’t ordered yet? We encourage you to place your order before the cut-off date for timely delivery. Orders placed after the deadline may still be fulfilled, but we cannot promise delivery before the holidays.
- Need to cancel your order? If you’ve already placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@trainersfactory.co.uk. We’ll do our best to check the order status and issue a refund if the order hasn’t been processed yet.
- Avoid opening payment disputes. We kindly ask that you don’t initiate disputes with your payment provider. These can take months to resolve and are often frustrating for both sides. Reach out to us first, and we’ll try to provide the best possible solution.
- Delivery delays: While we strive to ship all orders promptly, once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are in the hands of our couriers. Due to increased holiday demand and potential weather-related delays, we can’t provide exact arrival dates.
