Is Trainers Factory open as usual?
Trainers Factory is open as usual!
We have reduced the number of staff in our office and all of our staff that can work from home are doing so! Those who are still working in the office are following the strict government working guidelines.

I want to place an order with you, will my order be processed?
We are still processing all orders as normal. Close to the date of delivery you will receive a dispatch notification email.
If for any reason, we cannot honor the dates you select during checkout, we will contact you immediately to reschedule.
Will my order be delayed?
We are not expecting any deliveries to be delayed, please select your dates as normal when you checkout.
If the government releases new guidelines and advice that impacts our ability to adhere to the dates you selected, we will be in contact with you to reschedule your delivery.
I am worried about accepting my home delivery, what can I do?
During this time, we will not be entering your home and be offering a contactless delivery service, whereby our delivery drivers will knock and leave your items by your front door.
Public Health England and other national and international health organizations have all said that there is no evidence to suggest that Coronavirus can be transmitted through packages.
If you would like to schedule your delivery for later in the year, you are able to select dates up to 3 months in advance.
