How It All Started
Every brand has a beginning. Ours started with two friends, Harley Wilson and Jeff Oliver. Both came from lower-middle-class families with big ambitions. We met during college and quickly became close friends. Times were tough, and we couldn’t pay university fees. We made a bold choice , to start something of our own.
Our passion for sneakers, especially the Jordan 1 and Jordan 4, inspired us to sell to our university friends. What started as a small idea soon turned into a dream we couldn’t let go of. Harley handled customer communication while Jeff managed suppliers, both working day and night to keep things running.

Early Challenges and Hard Lessons
When we began, we had very little investment. There were days when we faced shipment delays, product quality issues, and even suppliers disappearing overnight. Each obstacle tested our patience, but giving up was never an option. Slowly, our dedication began to pay off.

We expanded into new collections. These include Jordan 3, Air Max 95, Air Max 97, Vapormax Plus, Vapormax Flyknit, and Dunk Low. They are the designs our community truly loved. As demand grew, we rented our first small warehouse and began operating at a larger scale.

Making Sneakers Accessible for Everyone
From day one, our aim was simple, to make premium sneakers affordable for everyone. We saw how many people couldn’t buy their favorite pairs just because of high prices. So, we decided to offer discounted prices without compromising quality.

At Trainers Factory, customer happiness comes first. Those who purchase 2 or 3 pairs often receive extra discounts. Customers who buy more also get free gifts. We believe loyalty deserves appreciation. Our philosophy is clear: product comes after, the customer comes first. This mindset has helped us build long-lasting relationships and a growing community that trusts us.

Our Mission and Values
Our mission is to bring high-quality, comfortable trainers to people who believe in passion over privilege. We want to prove that dreams can grow even from the smallest beginnings.
- Our values are built on three core principles:
- Commitment: Every product and service reflects our dedication.
- Trust: Success begins with customer satisfaction.
- Consistency: We keep improving while maintaining high standards.

The Turning Point
Our first Jordan collection sold out faster than expected. In that moment, we realised this was more than just a business. It was a movement. A community of sneaker lovers who believed in our purpose and shared our excitement. That single success gave us the confidence to grow, expand, and build something meaningful.

Moving Forward
A college idea born out of necessity has grown into a recognised international sneaker platform. Trainers Factory stands as a symbol of patience, passion, and perseverance. Every challenge taught us something new, and every happy customer reminded us why we started.
Our journey isn’t about overnight success; it’s about effort, honesty, and consistency. With every step, we continue to grow stronger, together with our customers.
